This workstation has not been used for the past 5 years after I start using macos. Check the photos, there are some corrosion around the battery cell and PCI slots. Corrosion was there 5 years ago but motherboard was working without a problem. I plugged the motherboard to Power and it ran, powered up PCI devices with LED and fans. No other testing has been done. I used this with 6 ram sticks and if my memory is correct, one of the slots don't work properly and cause a bootloop. I CPU is in good condition, it works fine with this motherboard and similar lga 2011 boards. It has 8 cores and can turbo boost to 3.8ghz. With this combo, I was able to play Witcher 3 at ultra settings using gtx980. With running apps on the background, screen recording and so on.
