There will be no returns accepted for any reason. So read the below carefully before buying. This laptop does work as it is supposed but has some issues. First and foremost the right hinge has broken from the plastic on the lid. So ultimately a new lid would be needed to fix that. Secondly the battery fails hp testing stating it has a blown fuse. Both the lid and the palm rest area show a good amount of wear. Mostly the stickers and an area around them. Other than what is listed above the unit does work. Outside the battery the rest of the diagnostics pass testing. Other components such as WiFi, touchpad, keyboard, touchscreen etc… all work fine. Ac adapter is included.
