Howards designed this cam for hot street/bracket racing use, and it features great mid-range performance and a lopey idle. A 10.0:1+ compression ratio and a 2800+ stall speed torque converter are highly recommended. Small Base Circle camshafts are recommended in stroker engines to provide adequate rod bolt clearance while the engine is rotating.
