Description: Only produced in 1983, Shift Kickers are friction cars that have a little shifter on top that allow them to "go." They also had "real riders" before Real Riders were a "thing." This one is known as High Frequency. Has some play wear. Paint wear, a little rust. This is fully functional. Very cool piece of HW history. See photos for condition- message with questions.
