Description: This lovely Poncho / Serape / Jacket was hand woven on a Floor Loom and hand embroidered traditional designs. It buttons down the front and is open on the sides. This lovely garment was made by and indigenous Mazahua woman by the name of Feliciana Navor. Feliciana's community is from the northern part of the State of Mexico. The base color is Black and the hand embroidery is done in Lavender, Pale Green, Purple and Pale Yellow. It is very soft to the touch and is really lovely. I do have two other pieces by Feliciana, so take a look in my Ebay Store for a larger selection...As a Poncho it measures 64 inches wide and 34 inches long, not including the Hood or the fringe.
