This is easily replaced by removing the 8 Torx or Allen screws at the bottom of the unit, carefully pulling the old one out and sliding this back in-it literally takes 5 minutes. When the shiny rotating mirror motor gets noisy, laser stops working at all or stops spinning, and it is not your power supply, this is the solution. These are BRAND NEW, not pulls.
