Description: Honduras stamp issue UPAEP-2023 with the common topic; Philately. New stamp set issued on October 12th, 2023. The stamp set has two designs. 1) The flags of the 28 countries / territories members of the Unión Postal de las Américas, España y Portugal - UPAEP (Postal Union of the Americas, Spain and Portugal - PUASP), it also features an allegory of the UPAEP initials with philatelic elements, a post horn and the emblems of the UPAEP, the Honduran Philatelic Federation and the one of "Mi Oficina" which is a group of mostly Latin American philatelists who promote the hobby through online conferences. 2) A representation of the stamp printing process and quality control. The stamps are MNH. For safety I only use Registered Mail. Due to the pandemic, postal operations in Honduras are slower and this is out of my control. Contact me if you have any question.
