Description: HOn30 EBT early flat cars 23 1/2 foot long and 6 foot wide. Although a 3 foot prototype. The width being an early car are HOn30 standards. The car has spring plank mounted couplers, well the prototype does. I did my best to replicate this, if it were operational it would be a weak part of the car, and be easily damaged. Parts needed Microtrains couplers #1023, and Microtrains arch bar trucks #1010. Screws are provided for the trucks with the kit. The screw for the couplers come with the couplersThe kit comes with illustrated instructions.The kit comes with parts to make 2 cars. There is a weight cast into the frames of the cars. There is one frame, one deck, two queen post beams, screws for the trucks and thread for the truss rods, for each car. This is an early car from the EBT. It would easily pass for HOn30.
