This nicely detailed piece includes a Christmas tree, trees, a stone stairway, a bench and six figures. In good shape, no cracks or chips, just a few light scuffs on the bottom of the balloon right above the basket, which can be easily touched up, see photos. The peace comes in the original box which also is in very good shape, some very minor shelf wear. There is no Styrofoam inside the box, but the item will be wrapped securely for safe shipping, and I usually ship within a day.
