Description: This is a new mixer start stop switch plate part assembly for Hobart models H600 & L800. Also goes on some Hobart grinders like model 4146. Switches have both the NO and NC and common terminals. Comes with 4 new Stainless mounting screws. Plate lettering is etched down into the aluminum not just silk screen printed on top of surface. Non etched plates cannot survive the mighty Green Scotch-Brite pad found in most commercial kitchens. it is basically sand paper that is flexible. Comes with the rubber button sealing covers and back plate gasket to seal out moisture and food product from getting into switches. Replaces part number 00-291826. This sells for over 150.00 at Hobart. This will not replace the slide lever cable type switch plate as it has no control circuit with a contactor.
