Also, I'm listing other Buildings (that may go well with this one), Trains, Locomotives & much more all from this same custom decorated collection, see the others listed at the link below!Condition: This Building has been used, but overall it appears to be in fairly decent shape But since it is used / possibly customized then I will say Cosmetically speaking that here or there it may show a bulging-bent roof, blemishes, scratches, paint chips, glue, stains, shiny spots. Also, for again this Building being (possibly) customized, it may (or may not) have some of its original detail parts missing (such us garage doors, a few pieces on top), repaired, switched out or replaced with non stock ones, but despite any imperfections this Building may have it is very unique.
