Description: Title: HO Scale Life-Like Proto 2000 E8 Diesel Locomotive CP 4050 DC DYNATROL Train Details: Includes train & shell, instructions sheet, and foam inserts. It also has a small red plug that looks like an audio plug, not sure if that is meant for the Dynatrol, but it's coming with train. No original boxes or packaging. This was tested on 11/15/24, analog (DC) only. We did not test the Dynatrol and don't know much about it. The switch is on the back of the frame and when it's switched to black side it's DC analog and red side is Dynatrol. On the shell, the rear is opened, which we assume is to access the DC & Dynatrol switch. The top round piece is removed as well, not sure if that's to let heat escape or if it's possibly related to infrared controls. Not sure honestly. The pieces are not with the train, unsure where they are. The DC analog test went well. No major issue. The shell is very clean. We did not test Dynatrol and cannot guarantee anything about it. AS IS. The side steps were not fitting in the foam packaging well so we had to cut a notch in the foam piece of the shell to make room for the middle steps. Condition: Used with signs of wear and tear, some scuffs, scratches, dings, imperfections. See photos for more details. Not sure how much this was used. Size: See photos for sizing.
