Description: Up for sale is an Athearn blue box EMD GP38, this one has been custom painted as Boston and Maine 204. This item is in great condition aside from one of the number boards being partially scraped off, this is an easy fix with some black paint and decals. The model was serviced within the last few run hours and runs well. The engine has kadee #5 couplers installed. The mechanism is noisy like in all older athearn engines but I have no complaints.
