A 10 page, 6"x9" booklet, "Cantonment Leavenworth 1827 to 1832" by Forrest R. Blackburn (Fort Leavenworth Historical Society, 1971), is laid in. The book is in very good condition, with no dust jacket. The cover shows light wear, with sticker residue at front top and the bottom of the spine.
