This is due to the vast majority of non-payers having low feedback numbers and spoiling things for everyone. DESCRIPTION:Used condition with play wear and marks. Minor wear to painted parts. Size shown in photos. I don’t know how long his hair should be so I don’t know if it’s cut or not but length can be seen in photos. The tufts of hair in front of his ears is shorter than the rest and again, I don’t know if this is how he was made or if it has been cut to that length. I have cleaned him with antibacterial soap and his hair has been washed and conditioned with Tresemme. BLURB: Please don’t hesitate to ask any questions you have about the item, I’m happy to help. International orders will be sent via Royal Mail International tracked; I only send tracked internationally. Any customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer, I have no control over these. I do not mark parcels as a gift, they are sent as items purchased online. I use mostly recycled packaging but never compromise on protecting items while in transit. I prefer to ‘say what I see’ in my listings rather than say an item is in ‘good condition’ (for example) because my idea of ‘good condition’ may differ from yours. I aim for complete transparency in my listings; what you see is what you get and I aim to show you any flaws in the toy.
