Description: Rare and Hard to Find 1960s West Virginia Glass "Henry VIII" Martini Mixer/Shaker (No Lid) or Vase MCMObject: This auction is for a rare and hard to find 1960s West Virginia Glass "Henry VIII" martini mixer or drink shaker bar ware in green and 22k gold, a pattern similar to Culver's "Prado" (see our other auctions). This is Hollywood Regency 1960s barware at its best. Textured, enameled Kelly green squares, framed in heavy textured 22k gold leaf, alternate with clear squares containing tactile, rampant lions or medieval crests, also in 22k gold. This fabulous checkerboard design is topped with a gold border resembling a castle turret. The original lid is missing, but this stunning item could still be used to hold light utensils, snacks, flowers, or more.
