Description: In the fall of 2012 the HELLS ANGELS filed a lawsuit against Toys "R" Us and yo-yo manufacturer Yomega for infringing on their "death head" trademark. They settled successfully in July 2013. This is the last of the handful I acquired a decade ago. Unfortunately it is not in the original packaging. It has never been used but is listed as "used". It has always been stored in a plastic bag. You can see a couple of rub marks on the side of the yo-yo in the auction pictures. This is a very rare impossible to find item.
