It is signed H.L.R London, Dec 72 and resembles a London Taxi, circa 1914. There is some wear to the inner pieces (glued to board), but interestingly enough there are several watch parts, some from the 1900 Paris Expo... possibly silver and or gold, BUT this is being offered as shown to any collector of these unique pieces!
