Unbreakable items over 16 ounces that I can fit in a pre paid padded envelope, will ship in that. I don’t charge a handling fee, or packaging/boxing fee. I don’t charge for the boxes and poly mailers. I don’t charge for my time to drop items off at the post office (and usually ship same or next day, depending on time of purchase). If there was a gross miscalculation in shipping costs, I refund the difference (many people don’t even seem to appreciate that it seems as very few thanks received, but I’ll do it anyway, because I’m not here to make money off postage)If any items’ value is over $50, I include signature required for delivery (too many porch pirates out there, and I want to make sure you get your item and not them. because if the post office scans as delivered and leaves package at your residence, and someone steals it, eBay will side with me as item was delivered, and you would be out of your item, and money, so I do it for your benefit), and I eat that cost.
