The correct Arc connection shall be: -Connect your TV's Arc/Earc port to the Arc port(HDMI out) of our converter and the toslink out to audio system. -Switch the Arc button on the converter to on and set the audio out mode of your TV to ARC/Earc mode. 3)5.1 Mul-ti channel audio: To output 5.1CH, the input device,video source and your audio system must be capable of supporting it all.Otherwise,there will be PCM 2CH only. 4) EDID Problem: For a few projectors and monitors which comes with VGA and HDMI port. You might not get audio over the toslink&stereo audio port. This is an built-in edid problem of devices.
