Full Auto Filling Unit: we can realize automatic quantitative filling to any volumes of containers through the Self-Service Auto Filling Unit. One-Touch-Selection and Start, Auto-filling, Auto-stop. Electrolytic Cell Working Principle Anode: with positive voltage, negative ions are aggregated on its surface. Cathode: with negative voltage, positive ions are aggregated on its surface. PEM (Proton Exchange Membrane), only H+ and Na+ can pass through it, Cl- and OH- are blocked. Na+ pass the PEM to cathode tank and form NaOH, Cl- retained in the anode tank will dissolve in water to form HClO. Only the Electrolytic Cell with membrane can generate pure HClO solution, as it can drive the Na+ ions through PEM to cathode tank. Machine Structure: It includes 1 internal RO unit, 1 HCIO generator, 1 self-service filling unit and the PLC. All the parts and components are developed and made by our own team. Internal RO Unit: it will purify tap water into pure water for the machine to generate top quality hypochlorous acid (HClO) disinfectant, and assure the electrolytic cell lifetime NO maintenance. Electrolytic Cell: our patent product, 10000+ hours guarantee, lifetime maintenance free, no need cleaning with hydrochloric acid like other brands. We use titanium base plate polar plate with ruthenium iridium titanium alloy coating, and adopt China best ceramic cationic membrane as the diaphragm inside. With this structure we can produce high highly purified HClO solution. Self-Service Auto Filling Unit: when the container is full, it auto-stops, never overflow, no need manual operation. 1) We can realize continuous filling to plenty of containers of different volumes. 2) Based on it we can build a set of full-auto filling line to realize mass production and filling. PLC: both the hardware and software are developed by our own team, scientific design and precision crafted performance, that the machine is easy operation, running safely and stably.
