Description: Welcome to ANTIQUES & MOORE!This listing is for a lovely Hawkes American Brilliant Period cut glass cologne or dresser/vanity bottle with tall diamond cut stopper, c. 1880-1900. The bottle has a ring of rosettes surrounding the center body with a large bullseye off-set above each rosette and deep diagonal cut panels in between. The neck is panel cut and the base has a large multi-point star. Marked with the etched Hawkes trademark stamp with "Hawkes" below.Measures 3 3/4" high (without stopper), 5 3/4" high (with stopper in place) and has an overall diameter of 3 1/2". Weighs just under 1 pound.Both the cologne bottle and stopper are in excellent Estate condition with no noted flaws. Base reflects minor signs of normal wear.
