Haunted Doll Owned By Voodoo Queen Read Description

Description: I am selling this for a client. My client and his wife obtained this item recently on a trip they took to New Orleans, Louisiana. They do not wish to have it in their possession any longer. They have had nothing but bad luck since acquiring it and they feel it is haunted. I am in the business of selling unique items such as this along with other oddities and have somewhat of a minor reputation for being able to move these things and completely detach them from individuals. I always partner with a psychic friend who has been in the business for decades and do as he instructs when it comes to these matters. Occasionally he is able to give me a bit of info on them. First, let me say that neither him nor I are responsible for anything that you may or may not experience including but not limited to harm. I make no guarantees with this item as I’ve found that doing so is impossible with these types of things. Per Ebay policy, I am required to state that this is sold as a “novelty” only. As with any items of this nature, please purchase at your own risk. I received an email from my client about two weeks ago. While I could not make the trip to his residence, we did correspond through email and a couple of phone calls. Below is the email that he sent me. It all started when Dena and I decided to spend a weekend in New Orleans. It had been over 20 years since we had been and wanted to relive some of our “dating” days before we got married. We left on a Friday morning, arriving in New Orleans by mid evening. We had booked a hotel in the French Quarter and wanted to get out and start drinking right away. We both figured that we would work up a nice buzz, do some shopping, and end the night sloppy drunk. It was the worst mistake of our lives. After having a few beers, followed by a hurricane or two, we decided to go walking down Bourbon Street and hit up some of the shops. We really wanted to purchase a few items that captured New Orleans in a nutshell. We soon found a shop that fit what we were looking for. I wish we had not…. But we did. I remember the name of that damned shop perfectly… Liz’s Curious Objects and Mystical Collectibles. I swear that was the name of the shop, even though I cannot find any listing for it now. There is nothing online and nobody in the area seems to know it. Dena and I walked into the shop late Friday evening, both buzzed and slightly stumbling. We looked through the vast collection of mysterious items in the little shop. They sold such items as a baby vampire heart with a nail in it, scraps of bandages from a real mummy, and even a putrid looking vial of green mush that was supposed to be the innards of an actual zombie. None of this was what we were looking for. Dena’s eyes settled upon a beautiful doll with a golden dress and the cutest little heart locket attached to the dress. The locket would even cling like a small bell when you shook it. She claimed it was perfect. While it didn’t quite display the culture of New Orleans that she was originally looking for, it was perfect for her. The description tag explained it as a haunted doll of a former voodoo priestess. The asking price was a bit high but being that it belonged to a voodoo priestess, it was worth it. Dena felt as if she had found her New Orleans item! We purchased the doll and went back to the hotel to rest and sober up a bit before we went back out. Dena was obsessed with the doll and wanted to take it with us, to which I should have objected but didn’t. It seemed harmless enough. The tag in the shop had described it as a personal doll of a well-known voodoo practitioner, one whose name I cannot recall now. It was supposedly a doll in which her very soul was transferred into upon death. Come on, who actually believes that though, right? Dena and I hit up the French Quarter again and soon encountered a young lady who claimed to be the “new voodoo queen.” She claimed to be a daughter of “Chicken Man.” In any case, we nodded and smiled. Dena even showed her that doll, to which she hissed and knocked it out of Dena’s hand. She cursed us and fled in a rage. I’m rambling, I know. Look...long story short…I need to get rid of this cursed thing. I cannot find the shop or any info on it or the doll. Every single time I show it to someone, I’m met with the same demeanor as the “voodoo queen” had. It’s been a curse ever since we brought it home! Well…where do I start? We were almost robbed at gunpoint, which is probably normal and even a rite of passage in NOLA, and almost had a sign fall on us on our way back to the hotel the next day. We had a close call coming home from New Orleans and when we got home, had a small fire in our house within three days. I was fired from my job, our home was vandalized, and then there was what happened to Dena. Dena was in a pretty bad car wreck. It was one where she’s lucky to still be alive. The day that she was in that car wreck she had that damned doll with her in the car. I’m not saying it was the doll but ever since we purchased that wretched thing, our lives have been terrible! We’ve never had this much bad luck!!!! Dena having it with her the night she was in the car wreck got me to thinking. The doctors are saying she may never walk again. This prompted me to reach out to an old friend who did some research and found some info out about this so called voodoo queen. She was a real piece of work. Look, I’m not going into a lot of details, but apparently three of her four husbands died under mysterious circumstances. I guess once again, that isn’t anything abnormal for New Orleans with all the crazy stuff happening there. In any case, my friend seems to think there may be a connection of sorts between our bad luck and this doll. We should have never bought it, ok? Dena may never walk again, and I feel responsible. That doll was with her during her wreck, and she could have been killed. I found your name on a Facebook group and heard that you can help people with this type of stuff. Is there any way you can come get this thing and remove it from our lives once and for all? Please? Sincerely yours, Mark I was unable to travel to meet with Mark and Dena because of previous commitments but we did correspond through email and I arranged for the doll to be mailed to me. Upon receiving it, I put it in a cage I keep in my office for these types of things and called my friend who is a psychic to come take a look at it. Once he arrived, he agreed that there was some type of presence attached to the doll that did not have good intentions. He could not see anything about it’s past, though. He described it like somebody standing behind a wall of black smoke. You know they are there but you can’t see them. He advised me to get rid of it instantly. I had the cage at my office designed by my friend with the intention to protect from these types of things. I have never had any instances of putting a haunted item in that cage and something bad happen. While I haven’t had anything bad happen yet, I do hear that little bell around her neck jingle from time to time. This strikes me as odd because these objects are supposed to be powerless inside it. I think I would like to take my friend’s advice and move it along quickly. That’s about all that I have on this item. If you choose to take possession of this doll, it will belong to you. This includes anything that may be attached to it. I do not know anything else nor can I be of any further assistance. Buyer beware! Once you purchase it, it belongs to you. All sales are final and no refunds will be issued. I make no guarantee as what may or may not happen. Please proceed with caution with things of this nature. I do not want any further updates on it nor will I answer any further questions as all that I know is written here. Thanks for reading.
