Both kits are incomplete and are missing the adjustable washers and E-clips. The DS-289303 kit is also missing a drill bit DJ-170, and DJ-180 jets. Both kits are in new open package condition with minor package defects from storage/shelf wear. The parts that are there have never been installed or used.
