These cans are part number 98607-DY, BRILLIANT RED acrylic lacquer. (This color needs to be applied over a white base coat.) There are no returns for any reason. BUYER BEWARE: While the paint still shakes inside, it's likely that the PROPELLENT IS DEPLETED from the can, (due to long time storage), which will cause the user to consider carefully opening the can to load into a regular spray gun.
