She is dress in a fun, festive blue satin outfit with "New Orleans" embroidered on it. Her jester hat is adorned with bells. She is made to sit and would make a great mantle shelf sitter or dresser sitter. CONDITION: She does have a few marks/dirty spots that I did my best to photograph. A spot or two by one of her shoes and two little spots on her bum. She back of her hat where the thick bottom band meets will soon need some attention as some threads are coming apart and the glue seems to be loosening at the seem.
