Two chips on the base edge that do not show from the front and there are no cracks. There is some slight discoloration surrounding the tulip bouquet. The is one very tiny indention but because it still had a glaze on it, it appears that it may have had this flaw from the beginning. There is also one tiny black speck. Look at pictures carefully before purchase If you need a replacement piece for your collection perhaps this one will do 12" diameter. A plate hanger is attached
