Condition: This bottle is in good clean condition. It has some traces of content haze and age wear, but there isn't anything specifically wrong with it. Maybe the vegetable content neutralized the hemlock content to make it palatable or it could be that the Hemlock oil, with its deadly enzymes, could affect a cure by killing the microbes that were causing the sickness or disease? Whichever, it was not a very successful medicine for it is a super rare bottle meaning that it did not work, as was the case with so many of these early quack medicines.
