Handmade Monkey Patchwork Quilt - Cotton and Flannel Brown Green Yellow

THANK YOU!*** This listing is for a patchwork quilt with a Monkey theme! :DIt's a great quilt for playtime, napping, travelling, and more.The squares have all kinds of monkeys on them.There are also block color squares in browns, tans, yellows, greens, and checkered grass green, and white.There is a wonderful triangular pattern in the quilt.Quilt measures 42 inches wide and 57 inches long.Squares measure 8 inches by 8 inches.Batting is polyester poly-fil.It has dark brown cotton backing and border which is sewn on like a frame. The corners envelope and overlap each other in clockwise motion around the quilt.There is a small 1/2 inch stitch at each '4 corner' to bind all three layers together. This gives a thickness to the quilt that you do not get with quilts that are stitched all over. It is also 'invisible' because it is between the seams of the squares.The top is made of both 100% cotton flannel and regular 100% cotton fabric. I like to use regular fabric and flannel because I like the different textures together.This is a nice, soft and fluffy quilt! :DQuilt has been pre-washed to pre-shrink, make it softer, and for a quality check. :DMachine wash cold and tumble dry low.
