Description: St Timothy Single Decade RosaryThis great single decade rosary has a 1" gold-toned medal with a full color picture of St Timothy on the front and a textured back. The 2" silver-toned Pardon crucifix was made in Italy; the medal was handmade in France, and the chaplet itself was designed and handmade by me in our home in the USA.The eleven beads are 8 mm. The single Our Father is a genuine Blue Adventurine gemstone bead. The ten Hail Mary beads are genuine Czech glass, faceted and fire-polished, in alternating dark aqua blue and light turquoise blue colors. About 10-3/4" long, it comes gift boxed and with a St Timothy prayer card, Pardon Crucifix card, carry pouch, a gift bag and tissue paper, How to Pray the Rosary pamphlet, Divine Mercy pamphlet, and more. He was a close friend of St Paul and accompanies him on some of Paul's missionary journeys. He is mentioned in Acts and several letters of the New Testament. He died in 97 AD, when he was preaching the gospel in front of a procession in honor of the goddess Diana. The angry pagans beat him, dragged him through the streets and stoned him to death. He was 80 years old. St Timothy is the patron saint of stomach and intestinal disorders. The prayer cards which come with our rosaries, medals and pictures are home-made, created using a "greeting card" program on a computer and printed in full color on nice quality paper. Although they are not like the usual smaller professionally printed prayer cards, most of our customers prefer them since they are like a pamphlet with 4 "pages" and several images, prayers, patronages and often other information about the saint or Catholic devotion.
