Description: Listing a rare find. The totem poles you see have been carved by a well know artist located in the San Juan Islands in Washington. His poles are beautifully carved and made to last. The poles have been displayed under cover and never exposed to any weather conditions. This connection can be good or bad for the creatures involved (including humans); our choice.Note the human hand-print on the Orca whale's dorsils. This is my contemporary use and translation of a traditional representation. It is carved and painted in the style of the Kwakwaka'wakw culture. It is my design, primary carving and painting. I received specific style (Kwakwaka'wakw) and carving help from Steve Brown. Both orca poles are Approximately 10 feet tall with a cross piece about 9 feet wide. The human pole is approximately 11 feet tall. It includes mounting brackets custom built to bolt to the floor. Local pick up or delivered depending on location.
