This was part of a unique cross-branding campaign in 1978 with Coca-Cola, Sprite and Fanta in Japan. 50-different versions of Star Wars characters on the bottlecaps were made and used on glass soda bottles all throughout Japan. Collecting them all was not easy, it was a sugary marathon. We hope this bottlecap brings you a very unique international piece to stand out in your Star Wars collection, kicks off an inexpensive wave of a new collection or gets you that much closer to completing your existing one.
