It was used in the Nurse kill scene and was sticking throw a wall Michael pushed the nurse into it, This one is the rubber stunt version that was used when the nurse got pushed in, it's even still bend from pushing the actrice into it. I also have the metal version of this piece! (see my other adds), Size of the spike is around 24cm (9.5 inches) long, Comes with my own certificate since it came in a lot with other props from the movie and had only one certificate included for the whole lot. I only (hand) sign and include an own certificate with a item when I'm 100% sure it came from the production.
