This is a retired, vintage Hallmark miniature ornament from 1992. It is made to resemble an antique toy, and the wheels do move. However, it is for decorative use only.This ornament would be a wonderful addition to a mini Christmas tree or wreath, shadow box, or miniature dollhouse diorama display, or use it as a table decoration or small gift. It would also make an excellent stocking stuffer or gift package trimmer. If you are skilled at repaints, you could customize the ornament for your own one-of-a-kind (OOAK) custom repaint or art and craft creations, or add your own chain or bracelet and wear it as a necklace or phone charm. It has never been displayed, and comes in the original box.
