This trans-atmospheric vehicle is used to ferry crew and payloads from an orbiting mother-ship down to planetary targets. The Drop-Ship has a unique variable geometry configuration, displayed when it deploys it's awesome array of weaponry housed in cold away pods from the mid-ships forward.
