Description: I am at a loss for words not sure what this was used for, but I think it has to do with windows. It is heavy cast bronze and has a key to separate the 2 halves and the screw holes are countersunk in different directions. It measures 1-1/2 x 3-1/4 inches wide and by pushing up on the key it unlatches.Please take a look at my other 200+ hardware items in my store, thank you.
