Description: This is a beautiful natural hagstone threaded and ready to wear. Hag stones are naturally formed geode like formations within a rock. When the stones have been cut away, they sometimes reveal a small hole from one place to the other. There is quite a bit about them on the internet, so do give it a try. Some may be formed by the environment for example volcanic activity or weathering, but these I'm listing are revealed as the stone is cut away and polished. This particular one is made from chevron amethyst and measures 17 mm x 18 mm by 19 mm thick. The holes in all my Hag stones are 100% natural, I have only had to clean the debris out from a few of them. The stones can be worn as pendant, or just kept in your pocket or purse. The Hag stone comes with a threaded black cord and an organza bag.
