Empty.- Air sealed - never contained beer - the can has the pull tab in place, with no holes from draining the beer. . Been in storage about 35+ years...minor marks the top of the can (aroubd the stay tab) has some scuffs. They also had some trouble putting the top on this can...there is a spot that the top of the can did not allow the top to press on clean - very minor flaw.
