Description: H L Mills Gas Stations U.S. UNIVERSAL DRY CLEANER Petroleum Distillate 1 Gallon Metal Can This 1 Gallon tin can from the mid century contained a Dry Cleaner made of Petroleum Distillate. It was distributed by H.L. Mills - a Gas Service Center chain in the 4 state region of MD, PA, VA, and WV. They had locations in Hancock, Md. Hagerstown, Md. Frederick, Md. Westminster, Md. Ellicott City, Md. Chambersburg, Pa. Waynesboro, Pa. Winchester, Va. Martinsburg, W Va. & Charles Town, W Va. This can is in good condition with some surface rust on the top, the lid, the top rim and bottom rim as well as rust spots throughout on the side panels. It has scuffs and scratches but the can is solid. The red and yellow colors are still strong. This can is hard to find. Please ignore any glare or off color pics.
