Needs 9volt battery (not included). Sometimes when entering the code, the mechanism doesn’t release the safe door. When putting in fresh 9v battery, it seems to work fine, but the issue seems to reoccur. I am not sure if it a battery issue or what. Works perfect with the key. Selling as is.
