Description: UP15-18BUC5 115V PUMP The Grundfos UP15-18BUC5 115V Pump is a 1/25 horsepower pump, designed for domestic water heating and recirculation system. This pump operates at 1750 RPM and it includes a stainless steel shaft and rugged cast iron construction. Mounting hole pattern matches American Thermal Products tank mounting holes. Grundfos UP15-18BUC5 115V pump uses built in electronics to regulate voltage at the junction box. This helps prevent pump damage from voltage spikes and surges. The UP15-18BUC5 pump comes in a 1/2 HP model and 1/3 HP model to fit the application. Upon startup, the centrifugal switch will determine the ambient temperature and will energize the thermal protector. The thermal protector will shut down pump operation until it cools to the correct operating temperature.
