I am not a professional grader, though I have been collecting comic books for more than 50 years! Cover has good color and reflectivity with a number of color-breaking creases, a small tear, some stains and a small triangular missing piece of corner. Cover and centerfold are well attached. Spine has moderate to semi-heavy wear with ~1/4” split from top and a~3/4” split from bottom. Pages are tan with slightly darker tanning around edges! Inside covers and back cover show discoloration and stains. An accumulation of defects and a small missing piece (~1/2” x 1”) from bottom spine-corner keep this copy from higher grade estimate.
