GP Sweet Grubby Primitive Easter Farm Bunny pair THINGS ARE BAD SEND CHOCOLATE

Description: Up for sale is this super sweet pair of stuffed faux chocolate Easter bunny Rabbits! I LOVE chocolate bunnies! There is just something about that weird looking rabbit with big eyes you pull out of the box just to eat his ears off and toss the rest because it wasn't as good as you thought it was going to be. My Grandma Betty would ALWAYS send me a big tray of weird Easter candies when I was a little girl. It was always a BIG beautiful tray with vintage style printed Easter designs and little tin eggs. Most of the candy was not what I would call edible, but it was too pretty to eat anyways. These 2 chocolate bunnies came to be from an vintage brown pillow I picked up at a sale. I had unstuffed it to use the fluff for some of my dolls. (I have found vintage throw pillows are a great source of inexpensive fluff as many of these will be sadly taken to a thrift shop and forgotten or tossed into a landfill.) So instead these have become part of my Lost & Found Easter collection this year! The fabric from the pillow was the PERFECT milk chocolate color and still in good condition. So it seemed a shame that it should be wasted... But what to make? Why something Chocolate of course! And so these two were born. Partially from an pattern from an old book and the little guy was a fun, wonky, free hand, no pattern make do. I like to have a little fun and add humor when I can. I gave the big guy an weird big googley eye like the boxed chocolate bunnies. I used a vintage bead from an antique earring for his eye. My stamp "Things are bad, send chocolate" was the perfect final touch to these two! The larger bunny measures about 10 1/2" tall, by 9" wide. The smaller guy measures just over 6" tall.
