Description: Vintage White Body GOTZ-PUPPE Mei Ling 1989 Asian Doll Signed by the artist/company owner(?) Jerry Gotz and dated 1989 White cloth body with vinyl head and limbs.I do not know if the clothes are original. She came to me wearing the one-piece jumpsuit--pink & purple legs and white top, and also a Gi type wrap top with obi (belt)--they are both white trimmed in rainbow satin. They are clean and nice and fit her well. She definitely doesn't look her 35 years. The doll's face is lovely! Her brown eyes open and shut perfectly. Her long, thick, rooted hair is beautiful--shiny and tangle-free. Her white body is very clean and nice. She has a tiny black dot on her left cheek--hard to see--and her left pinky finger has something pinky purple on it--not sure if it will come off, but it is not very noticeable. Other than those very small issues I see nothing more to mention; no chips, cracks, chews, etc. Her neck strings are nice and long--never cut. Very, very nice! Being about the same height, she would make a wonderful friend & playmate to American Girl dolls.
