Description: I will be listing several of these hand painted Nicolas Lancret reproductions which I believe were created in the 1940's or 50's!! It is hard to tell what the painting has been done on but I believe the surface is porcelain!! This one is titled "Piemontaise" and it only has a piece of the "Hand Painted, Made in Italy" sticker left on the back!! The painting is in MINT condition, the velvet matting has very minor wear and the frame is solid with minor age fractures in the gesso on the corners!! Approx. 8.5" X 7.5" overall and the painting is 3.25" X 2.5" within the brass trim!! Please see my many other art and antique listings and email me with any questions!!
