Gorgeous Completed Floral Crewel Embroidery "A Mothers Love" Sampler FRAMED

Description: This gorgeous needlework picture is perfect for Moms of all ages and is entitled, "The strength of family and the comfort of friendship are the blessings of a Mother's Love" - a beautiful heartfelt message. It was created from a kit, which I have been unable to identify. I believe it's a "Dimensions" needlework or crewel kit based on some similar designs. I don't know the exact age, but estimate it is from the 1980s based on the color palette and style. It features a l woven basket of flowers (tulips, black-eyed susans) and large multicolored patchwork heart. The corners have tiny floral buds (see photos) stitched on a vin e that forms a border for the basket. The framed picture measures about 16 7/8 inches in height and is approximately 16.5 inches wide, so it's an almost square, medium-sized needlepoint piece. It has been custom framed with a wedgewood blue wide matte and terra cotta inner border matte. The frame itself is solid wood, stained a light nutmeg brown and antiqued with a whitewash finish. The embroidery colors, matte and frame all work well together - it is just perfect. The frame has some very minor scuffs from wear, consistent with age. The matte is in great condition with no fading, stains, spots or holes. Needlework picture also in wonderful condition - no fading, stains, or holes. The glass is in good condition with no cracks or chips. There are some small tears in the picture's paper backing but this does not affect the quality or presentation of the piece.
