Description: Please Note: The Clutch Housing (DDM SKU#GT286B) was overtightened and cracked upon installation (see picture). I did effectively JB weld it but you should consider replacing eventually. Upgrades:-Billet Aluminum ADA rear wheel -Pro-Cruise (formerly Go-Cruise) freewheel adapter (takes the stress off of the clutch when going downhill) and rear disc brake adapter (if you ever want to widen the back and add a disc brake) -DDM Steel clutch bell v2 -32cc 4 Bolt Rovan engine -CY High Flow exhaust can -7T/80T Gearing -DDM Velocity stack and Pancake Air Filter -Unknown brand Billet Cooling Clutch Boss (moves air inside of the clutch for better engine and clutch cooling) Accessories: -Dark Soul Chain Breaker (Makes changing your gearing or adding a fancy chain tensioner easy) -Pinion Sprocket Wrench -Piston Stopper tool -Flywheel gapping tool -Squirt Chain Lubricant (Works well for onroad use) -Tri-Flow (Works well for offroad or dusty conditions) -Spare innertube (Unless you switch to hard tires, always keep enough tools to replace your tube) -Bell Foot Airpump (Works well with the tight space of the rear tire) The Deck is actually the original deck and though it works (and you can ride it on a rainy day without feeling guilty), it's more of a memento. The front tire and rim is actually the original that it came with as well but it certainly could use a new one. But hey, if it isn't broken, don't fix it, Right? Backstory: I purchased a Bigfoot GEO rolling Chassis back in 2013 for $100. I browsed forums and asked if was possible. I was told to just purchase a new GSR. I probably should've listened. Roughly $2200 In experimenting with hardware store parts (and realizing I needed OEM parts) I finally achieved a very reliable GSR. I had the GZ25n23 engine on it for a very long time and rode it 50 miles at least once a week in 2017. But, the engine eventually gave out and stopped producing torque. I must admit I enjoyed the gas mileage though. I bought a 29cc Rovan engine in 2022 and rode it for a while with minimal issues. Then one day in a town with no taxi cabs, busses, or uber/lyft I popped a tire on a large piece of glass. It went back in storage until recently (September 2024) when I purchased the largest engine I could get. Please ask me anything about this item and I will respond the best I can. Due to the nature of this item, it is being sold as-is but please contact me (even years after the sale) if you have any questions on maintenence or need to troubleshoot.
