This is the original 1918 World War I Music Sheet "IF HE CAN FIGHT LIKE HE CAN LOVE, GOOD NIGHT, GERMANY" featuring great graphic and DOROTHY ROWE on the cover! The song is by Grant Clarke, Howard E Rogers, and George W Meyer. The lyrics are from a girl in the crowd as her beau goes off to war.... "If he's just half as good in a trench, as he was in the park on a bench, then every Hun, had better run, and find a great big linden tree..." This measures 13 3/4 inches X 10 1/2 inches... This has only slight vintage corner and edge wear. There is a small tear on the spine and tiny splits at the top and base of the spine. There is a rubber stamping from a music store on the cover. You get the whole piece with all of the words and music. Not mint, but very clean, and a tough find!!! This is a great piece FOR THE COLLECTOR! Take it home with you!
