Hardcover cream-colored buckram with embossed bull head on front. Cover in nearly perfect condition, with no discolorations anywhere,color bright, even, and presents incredible. Ever-so slight bumpon top spine (less than 1/32"), bottom spine no defects.Binding solid and tight, interior pages immaculate withno discolorations, foxing, marks, or other imperfections.Conservatively a very, very fine example. (Also please note: the apparent streak in the cover next to the bull emboss is a color variation in the buckram weaving; it is NOTa mechanical defect or bend, see pic #1). Original dust jacket included, and not nearly as nice;dust jacket did it's job. Jacket is only in VG condition.There are small tears, amateur tape repairs on the front,pieces missing at top of spine, abrasions, stain, some foxingand discoloration. Its all there including both the$3.50 price, and the $5.00 price on rear of jacket.Additionally, there is a store sticker price of $5.00as well. Interior of jacket has been reinforcedarchivally. With the substitution of a facsimile coverthis would be a minty gem...but at least with this oneyou do have the original jacket. Aside from the jacket, the book itself is quitetough to find in exceptional condition like this.A great addition to any collector of fine antiquarian first edition books.
