Description: Selling a lightly used Gong Inflatable compact 5'6" short surfboard. Comes with pump, FCS2 removeable fins, leash, and super nice travel backpack, and patch kit. You can check it as a regular back on airlines with room for you wetsuit or maybe even fit it in the overhead as carry-on depending on the airlines. Tons of volume, good nose rocker, and a added rubber tailbox help this board perform more like a hardboard.At 15 to 20 psi of inflation pressure this board gets quite rigid/firm. Compared to other boards its floats 4x better than our 5'6" Wavestorm and 2x as well as my 6'6" Catch Surf Skipper and ~1.5x my son's 5'10" Surface softtop. *as you can see the front-foot black deckpad/traction pad is not perfectly centered on the board (a little off to the right). That's how it came to me new and does not affect performance, strictly aesthetic.* I used it a few times in the ocean but cleaned it well before storing. As a 230lb novice who surfs once a year the short length was a bit aspirational.Was hoping to use it on some river waves but don't have the time or proximity to make that happen.
